Invitation for 2025 Annual Council Meeting

Dear KASEA Councillors

On behalf of the KASEA management committee, I would like to invite you to the 2025 annual council meeting at the University of Queensland, QLD, on 8^th February (Saturday). This year, the meeting will be held after academic presentations from selected speakers. The presentations will be open for all KASEA members but the council meeting is for invitation only. Both offline and online options are made available to join the presentations and the council meeting. The details of the day are as follows:

Academic presentations

·         Date: 8^th (Saturday) February 2025

·         Time: 9:00 – 10:40 (Brisbane), 10:00-11:40 (Sydney), 7:00-8:40 (Perth), 12:00-13:40 (NZ)

·         Location:  Room 601, Advanced Engineering Building (#49) (access card required), St Lucia campus, the University of Queensland (https://maps.app.goo.gl/uQxdNDRFvM6qdXU29)

Council meeting (invitation only)

·         Date: 8^th (Saturday) February 2025

·         Time: 10:40 – 12:40 (Brisbane), 11:40-13:40 (Sydney), 8:40-10:40 (Perth), 13:40-15:40 (NZ)

·         Lunch provided at Saint Lucy restaurant at the campus from 1 pm

For those who haven’t replied to the previous Kasea email, please let us know your participation in the council meeting by this Friday (24^th January). Also, if you are attending but have not booked flight tickets and an accommodation, please book them as early as possible and let us know. Thank you for those who replied to the meeting call.
